Northeast Geotechnical’s key personnel have worked together for their entire professional careers spanning more than 20 years. Prior to establishing Northeast Geotechnical, Glenn Olson, Jim Handanyan, Mark Zambernardi, and Joe Papandrea served as principal engineer, project engineer, and field engineer on a wide variety of complex projects together while with other engineering firms. A representative selection of notable projects is presented herein to demonstrate the experience of Northeast Geotechnical’s key personnel.

MBTA Greenbush Line Rehabilitation

The project involved restoring commuter rail service along the 17.8-mile long Greenbush line in 5 south shore communities in Massachusetts.

Swampscott High School

Two of Northeast Geotechnical's principal engineers served as principal engineer and project manager/project engineer for the Swampscott High School project.

Stoddard Pond Dam

A Phase 1 safety evaluation for the private owners of the Stoddard Pond Dam was conducted in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation Office of Dam Safety Regulations.

The Launch at the Hingham Shipyard

This mixed-use commercial and residential redevelopment project at the former Hingham Shipyard consists of 13, one- to three-story commercial retail and 3, four- to five-story residential structures.

Bay State Commons

The development included the construction of eight retail/restaurant buildings and a four-story residential building at the site of a former manufacturing facility.
